Terms of Service – Nundio

Effective date: January 6, 2026

1. Service nature

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Refunds and liability

In case of failures or unavailability, the Provider’s liability is strictly limited to a refund of the unused subscription period.

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business interruption.

Total liability towards business users shall not exceed the subscription fees paid.

3. Termination by the Provider

The Provider may terminate the Service at any time, including for economic or technical reasons.

In such case, users will receive a proportional refund for any unused prepaid subscription period.

4. Price changes

The Provider reserves the right to change subscription prices.

Users will be informed at least 30 days in advance.

If the user does not accept the new pricing, they may cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

5. Feature limitations

The Provider may limit, modify or remove features to optimize operational, infrastructure or AI-related costs.

6. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
